Zixin Chen

Zixin Chen, MD 

Zixin is a PhD student specializing in pancreatic surgery at West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Since October 2023, he joined the Raghavan Lab as a visiting graduate student. Zixin is interested in understanding the heterogeneity and molecular subtype plasticity of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Under the guidance of Sri and Peter, he is currently utilizing high-throughput screening to define the transcriptional mechanisms of therapy resistance in pancreatic cancer. Zixin is a Corgi enthusiast and totally an ISFJ, but he loves chatting with friends. Outside of work, he enjoys cappuccinos, fitness, city walks, and hotpots.
